Design Manifesto

We consider design at every point and scale in the process — from inception to delivery, procedure to aesthetics and detail to master plan.

Architectural design is the process and buildings are the result. Architectural design should have an understated confidence: simple, elegant, efficient and an enabler allowing people to live in harmony with the environment. We use architecture as a spring-board for the regeneration of fail-ing areas of cities or as an indica-tor of quality and standards,

in order that the projects are elevated above their peers, we continue to stand closely by this process and design manifesto. It distinguishes us as an organisation, allowing for joined up thinking and continuity from inception and hand over, through the life span of our projects.

What we create, says a lots about us

Masterplan

Masterplan thinking requires an integrated, joined up approach and our skills are tailored to meet the challenge of adaptive planning in a changing world.

We address the complex issues that affect towns, cities and neighbourhoods, with a people first approach, design excellence, multi-disciplined skillset and technical expertise.

Visionary yet practical, masterplans must be able to achieve their full development potential yet still meet client objectives. Our process combines the analysis of policy, planning and physical issues with the practical understanding of financial and phasing implications.

We provide a vision, with economic and market elements, that explains how a site or an area will be developed, making the most of existing assets and new dynamics.

Masterplans should be catalysts for attracting funding and inward investment, so quality, sustainable development, long term economic viability and protection of the environment are central.

From masterplans in cities, brown-field and greenfield sites, urban de-sign frameworks for market towns or declining district centres, Minerva Capital Partners has set the framework for delivery of various types of development.
